Kompashion is a family-led wellness nonprofit organization providing equitable healing spaces for underrepresented communities and individuals. With a family member who struggles with schizophrenia, we understand how hard it is to break the mental health stigma in our community. We meet people where they are at by spreading compassion, providing mental health resources, and offering tangible wellness tools like somatic dance, breathwork, and sound healing through support groups with accessible techniques they can use immediately. When they are ready, we connect them to other services.
