About the Event
Where Healing & Business Meet in the Same Room
The Healing of Business is a curated one-day gathering designed for high-achieving Latinas and Latino business leaders who are ready to build wealth without burning out. Set during Hispanic Heritage Month, this event bridges the gap between mental wellness and professional performance.
This is not a conference. It is an intentional room — keynotes, intimate conversations, and activations that honor both the ambition and the humanity our community carries.
A healed leader builds a stronger business. This is the room where Latino entrepreneurs stop choosing between their wellness and their wealth, and start building both.
By showing up here, you are also giving that same experience to the youth in our community who need it most.
VIP Morning Experience
Before the Room Opens
The day begins quietly, before the keynotes and before the noise. A small group gathers for a private meditation walk through the Niguel Botanical Preserve, breath and movement and stillness among the gardens before we step into the work of the day. Reserved for VIP guests and presenting partners, with limited spaces held by reservation.
8:00 – 9:30 AM | Niguel Botanical Preserve, Laguna Niguel | VIP & Presenting Partners
The main gathering opens at 10:00 AM.
